The Project

Teaming up with our long-term clients Stallard Meek Flightpath Architects, as well as the teams from Birdseye Studios, Meinhardt Group and PT Design, Stride delivered a stunning new early learning centre for Confident Kids, in Adelaide’s north-eastern suburb of Holden Hill.

Works included the complete demolition of the existing site, civil works and all services, construction and fit out of the new single storey building, as well as construction of a second story office space for staff and new carpark area.

The new child care centre features 3 outdoor play areas as well as 4 separate interactive learning spaces, for the different age groups.

Despite construction taking place during the height of Covid-19, Stride managed to mitigate delays by focusing on early procurement and ensuring any long-lead items were ordered immediately upon award.

The new centre was delivered on time and on budget, to a happy client.
