Design & Construct (D&C)

D&C contracting has gained traction as a contracting model because it can de-risk the project client.

This model places the responsibility, and design risk, on the ‘shoulders’ of the Contractor. The client will often appoint the Contractor to finalise the project documentation. Buildability, value engineering and design management are areas improved in a D&C procurement model.

Guided by the client’s Principal Project Requirements (PPR), Stride and our consultant team determine the most cost-effective and efficient process to deliver the built product.
