The Project

Payneham Tavern project was a Design and Construct delivery for the refurbishment of the gaming area. Stride Construction proposed a managing contractor model for the refurbishment works providing transparency over design and construction cost with a fixed margin and preliminaries element.

The project involved a full refurbishment of the gaming area to bring the Payneham Tavern into alignment with AVC’s current design standards.
